It's finally my favorite time of year and we've already staring decking the halls, putting up the tree and planning for Santa. The arrival of the holiday season marks one of the most exciting times to share the things that I am coveting for myself and plotting as presents for loved ones. The time has come to relish in slow living, snuggle with family and soak up a ton of holiday inspiration. To help you navigate the season, I've decided to dedicate a whole page to the holidays!

Simply click here to access the HOLIDAY page and discover new gift guides, shopping destinations and seasonal projects. I'll be posting new present picks to the blog and constantly updated the "shop" pages for your convenience. Happy Holidays!

Black Magic Baby

October begins my favorite time of year. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas... I'm pretty much full of festivity from here on out. While I do love a nod to the mystic all year round, I always start feeling a little more magical during this time. Enter: all black ensembles, dramatic sleeves that billow in the cool breeze and celestial inspiration garnered from late nights under the stars. Since big box stores and pre-packaged costumes leave something to be desired, Lo and I are fashioning makeshift witch outfits for trick or treating. Are you dressing up for Halloween?

Feeling Festive in Free People

This holiday season has been a whirlwind. Think less time spending twirling in the snow and more time spent spinning in circles at the post office. It seems like the month is flying by and there's still so much let to do: gift shopping, parcel wrapping, ice skating in the park... when do you find the time?! I'm so excited to slow it down, host my parents at our home for Christmas and soak up all of the cheer.

While I take a breather and re-evaluate the true meaning of this quiet, cozy season (check in with my holiday edit for a reminder), it was a fun surprise to scroll past these photos of me by Jessica Moore on Free People's BLDG 25 blog.
