Southern Summer

There's no better time to embrace the Southern spirit than summer. Something about warm and lazy days just calls for kickin' it in cowboy boots and getting lost on the railroad tracks. While other seasons allow for a little more outfit creativity, I always find myself reaching for denim shorts (especially this "boyfriend" fit) when it's just too sticky to think about putting together an outfit.

Since becoming an Alabama transplant last Fall, I've been trying to find what it is that makes the South so special. It definitely took a taste of summer to really understand... Summer in the South is easy, relaxed and (mostly) carefree ya'll.
