With Spring around the corner I'm craving a major wardrobe refresh! Where there was once room for heavy coats and dark hues in my closet, I'm busy making room for light and airy pieces with less bulk and fun little details. The asymetric hem on this Zara tee is the most gorgeous accent and makes it the perfect departure from long sleeves! With the addition of statement sandals (I love the floral motif on this pair from Loeffler Randall), fresh frames and a new bag... I'm just waiting for the weather to catch up with my Spring state of mind.

Last week Kate asked me to participate in a fun little q & a game! Since I've been wracking my blogger brain to come up with ways to get a little more personal, I thought it'd be fun to share a few interesting (you be the judge) tidbits. I'll be honest, this post was a doozy to create (I spent the majority of the evening fending off a cranky two year old and trying not to bang my head on the desk) but so much fun to answer!

I always go into the endeavor with good intentions (dust the ceiling fan blades, tidy the laundry room, reorganize my closet...) and always fall short which leaves me both down on myself and in need of some serious sangria. The trick, I've learned over the course of a few failed attempts at domestic perfection, is to break it up into manageable tasks. This year I created a comprehensive checklist and am spreading it out over the course of about a week (i.e. the kitchen on Monday, the office on Tuesday...). Hopefully this way there will be a) a few less tears b) an actual clean house when all is said and done and c) still a little sangria when it's all over because I mean...
