I love this time of year! It's such a fun time to remember just how much love I have for everyone in my life (and to remind them of it). Since a little festivity never hurt anybody, and let's face it I've never met an occasion I didn't like, I plan on sneaking a little bit of love into every aspect of life this month. What better way than a subtle (and soft) sweater, a few well-designed paper products and a pair of "come to momma" pumps?

weather it together, merci, xoxo, bees knees, hello telegram, monogram, hostess thank you, hello,  just a little note

One of my big plans for the new year is to send more snail mail! There are few things better than opening our letter box and finding a fun little package for me... it feels like Christmas all over again and with Facebook, Instagram and E-mail dominating most of our days it's nice to take the time to really show loved ones that you care. Since I haven't amassed a huge stationary collection just yet, I have big plans to stock up during 2014. I'm expecting most of my shopping budget to go towards paper products and I'm not mad at it...

Recently, I signed up for a little pen pal experiment via One Fine A and Alecia from Likes of Us sent me the sweetest note in the mail... I love this little community of blogland and all of the great relationships it puts in the works. What fun!

Towards the end of 2013 I discovered a latent love for all things paper, due in part to the genius that is Sugar Paper Los Angeles (a stationary company based in the West Coast's favorite city). Through endless hours of scrolling their Insta-feed and reading some of my favorite business profiles/studio tours on the web (via The Glitter Guide and The Everygirl) I became enamored with the company. Since few things rival my love for J.Crew, you can image my excitement upon hearing the two were collabing for a fabulous wedding collection of stationary and party supplies. With products ranging from an AHH-mazing planning binder to sweet Thank You notes, they've got you covered (in gold letterpress no less)!
